Report a Policy Violation
For those who have many watchers, and for those who don’t have many, it is hard to know how one retains that interest as well as receive more. This article explores the basics of watchers and how we react to certain situations. Although it does not affect some deviants, and the tips are generally related to common sense, we hope the article is a worthwhile read and that the majority learn something from reading this.

Artist's Comments First of all, yes. My hand is dead. I am EXTREMELY proud of this one... The amount of attention i payed to every detail and nuance really payed off, but yet the time it took was driving me INSANE! I will be taking a short break from drawing ebil, demented monsters with too much detail bent on eating everyone's brains... I really would appreciate constructive feedback on this one, guys! please let me know your thoughts such as: Does the excessive detail take away from the pic? Does it need a background? Should i have made the shadows darker? Is there too much slobber? etc... Enjoy! EDIT: Thanks so much for the Daily Dev everybody! Strong colors too!
as for the drool, less would probably be more and maybe letting the background nuances on the left spread a little farther into the figure would add more of a sense on the space that it is in.
But really a GREAT piece!

the details are exceptional! and i don't think it doesn't eat too much from the image. i think it makes the image more realistic.
i guess black is a good background for such a scary creature. this can be a movie poster!
p.s. you can add more glint to the teeth. shiny things!
